This itinerary visits Vienna-Europe's cultural capital and Prague-one of Europe’s finest cities.

Day 1
Arrive in Vienna, Austria and transfer to your hotel.
If arriving from the airport: take the S7 train which serves the Vienna city center or Uber.
If arriving at Vienna Hbf Train station, transfer by train, taxi, or Uber.
Vienna Hbf station is on the U1 Bahn line at Südtiroler Platz station stop.

Days 2 and 3
Vienna Highlights:
Schönbrunn Palace - the former summer residence of the Habsburgs impresses with imperial ceremonial rooms and magnificent gardens. Getting there: U-Bahn 4, Schonbrunn.
St. Stephen's Cathedral - the most important religious building in Vienna.
Hofburg -is a “must see” palace. It contains a variety of museums such as the Imperial Treasury Vienna, art galleries and prestigious collections.
It is the former imperial palace of the Habsburg dynasty rulers (1438 until 1806) and today is the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria.
Naschmarkt - Vienna’s most popular food market.

Next stop is Prague, Czech Republic
Trains depart from Vienna Hbf (main train station) to Prague. A 4.5 hr. ride.

Arrive at Prague train station. Hlavní nádraží is the main station. It is on the Prague Metro Line C.
Hlavní nádraží is a 5-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, the hub street of Prague with access anywhere.
A 15-minute walk from Prague's historic old town.
A 20-minute walk from the King Charles Bridge.
The Hlavni nadrazi station is a safe place to be, even late at night.

Day 5 and 6
Two (2) days exploring the Prague Highlights.
Prague is home to beautiful churches, palaces, towers and bridges, creating an awe-inspiring skyline. It’s a city that you won’t forget easily, full of history and architecture.
For quaint cobbled streets and traditional pubs, head to Old Town.
From Old Town Square, don’t miss to visit the decorative Astronomical Clock and the impressive tower at Old Town Hall.
Make your way over to the famous Charles Bridge for sweeping views of the Vltava River.
Climb the hill to the stunning Prague Castle for more panoramic vistas. The castle was a seat of power for kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman emperors, and is currently the official office of the President of the Czech Republic.
Cruise the Vltava River: Observing Prague from the river Vltava is a unique experience and a different perspective. Cruises within the city are competitively priced and often include lunch or dinner depending on the time of day.
Choose a cruise with a duration of two (2) hours or more. This will ensure that you are aboard long enough to escape the hustle and bustle of Prague and allow you to enjoy the serenity of some of the quieter riverbanks on the Vltava River.
Prague has excellent little bars to sample the famous Czech beer (Pilsner Urquell), charming cafes, restaurants and shops. The area is walkable on foot, making it easy for visitors. Travel around town is easy, with plenty of trams and taxis available.
For a great sunset, stop at Letna Park or Riegrovy Sady.
